All sandwiches can be served as boxed lunches or on platters
 
Classic Sandwiches (15.95 per guest)  All classic sandwiches are prepared with white or wheat bread.  Lettuce, tomatoes, mustard, and mayonnaise are served on the side. (Note: Chicken salad and Tuna salad served with lettuce and tomatoes by request.) Boxed sandwiches come with a cookie, chips, and a fruit cup.

Deluxe Sandwiches (16.95 per guest) All deluxe sandwiches are prepared on croissants, pumpernickel, or French baguettes.  Boxed sandwiches come with a cookie, chips, and a fruit cup.
            Deluxe Chicken Salad with grapes, pecans, and cranberries
            Smoked Salmon on Pumpernickel
            Roast beef, ham, or turkey submarine
            Italian submarine prepared with prosciutto, ham, salami and provolone cheese

Hot sandwich options (18.95 per guest) Hot sandwich options are prepared on specialty breads. Boxed sandwiches come with a cookie, chips, and a garden salad
            Meatball hoagie
            Roast beef with au jus 
            Lemon herb baked chicken breast
Note: These sandwiches are set up in chafing dishes to keep them hot until served.
             
 
Mini Sandwiches (18 sandwiches- 59.95)  Try our mini sandwiches as a great addition to a lunch buffet. They also make wonderful tea sandwiches for an elegant tea party.
            Chicken or Tuna salad on mini croissants
            Ham and Swiss cheese on sweet rolls
