Catering Services
Full Buffet Service:
With this option, all guests are served in a buffet line. Service includes full setup & cleanup of equipment (i.e. prepared food, dishes, plates, utensils, serving dishes & catering equipment).
Self-Serve Buffet Service:
With this option, all guests serve themselves in a buffet line. Service includes full setup & cleanup of equipment (i.e. prepared food, dishes, plates, utensils, serving dishes & catering equipment).
Plated service:
With this option, all guests are served by waitstaff: one server per ten to twelve guests. Service includes full setup & cleanup (i.e. prepared food, dishes, plates, utensils, serving dishes, & chafing dishes)
Bulk Order Catering Service (Drop-Off):
With this option, the food is prepared, packaged in bulk & delivered directly to the client’s specified location. Please note that all paper goods, serving utensils and steam table setup services will be the client’s responsibility. However, we are more than happy to supply any of these items for an additional fee. There is no cleanup service included with this option.
