The following entrées include one salad plus two side dishes, and a basket of sweet rolls with butter. Additional sides available for an extra charge. If you want two entrées, select the two that you want, and add 7.00 per guest to the higher entrée.
BEEF
TRADITIONAL RIB ROAST
Herb marinated rib roast (medium rare to medium); served with horseradish sauce OR au jus (prime rib is not included in catering packages)
GARLIC BUTTER SIRLOIN
Top sirloin cooked to guest preference in butter; served with a side of garlic butter
MOMMA LU'S POT ROAST
Brisket, seasoned, pan seared, and then oven roasted in mushroom gravy; for an additional $3 per person you may add carrots, onions, and potatoes
BEEF TIPS WITH MUSHROOMS & LEEKS
Lean chuck slow roasted in our oven with mushrooms and leeks; served with mashed potatoes OR rice
PORK
BROWN SUGAR PORK LOIN
Oven roasted pork loin; marinated overnight with brown sugar, garlic, and onion; oven roasted to perfection
ISLAND GLAZED BACON WRAPPED PORK TENDERLOIN
Perfectly seasoned pork tenderloin, pan seared, wrapped in bacon, and then basted with a brown sugar glaze; oven roasted until bacon is crisp and tenderloin is juicy and tender; served with a delicious brown sugar and mustard sauce
CHICKEN & TURKEY
CARIBBEAN JERK CHICKEN
Grilled chicken breast with bell peppers, and fresh pineapple; served over coconut rice
LEMON CRANBERRY CHICKEN
Chicken leg quarters seasoned and oven roasted; brushed with a lemon cranberry sauce until the skin becomes crisp with a nice caramel finish
CITRUS HERB CHICKEN
Chicken breasts marinated overnight; baked in a lemon herb marinade with sliced lemons, sliced oranges, and fresh herbs
*ROASTED TURKEY
Turkey brined in salt-sugar solution overnight, seasoned, and then cooked to a golden brown color on the outside but perfectly juicy and tender on the inside. ( Seasonal option for the holidays)

BAKED LEMON PEPPER SHRIMP
Lemon flavored shrimp served with fresh lemon butter over a bed of angel hair pasta (also available as a starter on mini skewers)
LUCILLE'S ETOUFFEE
Delectable shrimp or crawfish cooked in a creamy sauce; served over white rice. (Crawfish is only during season)
SAUSAGE & SHRIMP JAMBALAYA
Spicy dish made up of shrimp, sausage, and rice; great with sweet potato cornbread and a salad
BAKED PECAN PANKO SALMON WITH DIJON
Salmon baked in dijon mustard, honey, pecans, and panko crumbs; great with asparagus and garlic roasted potatoes
VEGAN
QUINOA VEGGIE BAKE
Cooked quinoa, mixed with collard greens, sautéed mushrooms, shredded carrots, and Tuscan vegetables
PASTA VEGGIE BAKE
Penne pasta served with sautéed mushrooms, roasted broccoli, and tomatoes; great as a side dish or as a main course for your vegan guests
