These Terms & Conditions (“Agreement”) govern all services provided by Lucille’s Catering, LLC (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By booking services, the client (“Client”) agrees to the following terms.
All events require a signed agreement to secure services. Event details including date, time, location, guest count, menu selections, and service scope must be confirmed prior to service.
A non-refundable deposit, typically 25%–50%, is required to secure your event date. The remaining balance is due prior to the event date, typically 7–14 days before service unless otherwise stated in writing. No services will be rendered until all required payments are received in full.
Any changes to guest count, menu, venue, timeline, or service details must be submitted in writing. Final guest count and confirmed details must be provided by the agreed-upon deadline and may be used for final billing purposes.
Deposits are non-refundable once the event date has been reserved. If a cancellation occurs after booking, any payments made beyond the deposit may be reviewed for partial credit at Lucille’s Catering’s discretion, depending on the timing of the cancellation, preparation already completed, staffing commitments, and any products or supplies already purchased. Cancellations made close to the event date may result in additional charges.
Lucille’s Catering will provide services as outlined in the signed agreement. The Client is responsible for ensuring venue access, setup conditions, and any required permissions necessary for timely service and delivery.
Lucille’s Catering is not responsible for delays or failure to perform due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to severe weather, accidents, venue issues, equipment failure outside our control, transportation delays, or other force majeure events.
Once food has been delivered, set out, or served, Lucille’s Catering is not responsible for food quality or safety if items are not handled, stored, or maintained according to proper food safety guidelines.
All payments are processed securely through third-party payment providers. By submitting payment, the Client agrees to comply with all payment terms outlined in this Agreement and any related invoice or proposal.
By signing a proposal, approving an invoice, or submitting payment, the Client acknowledges and agrees to these Terms & Conditions.
