Every Lucille's proposal begins with:

A minimum catering investment of $2,500
applies to all events.
Package pricing shown below is a starting guide. Final pricing is determined by your selected menu, guest count, service style, staffing requirements, venue needs, rentals, and event logistics.
Tier 1 - Classic Buffet
Starting at $45-$55 per guest
Perfect for weekday lunches, corporate meetings, trainings, casual celebrations, and events needing a simple, dependable buffet experience.

Tier 2 - Enhanced Buffet
Starting at $60-$75 per guest

Your Final Proposal
Your per-guest package price provides a starting point. Your customized proposal will identify any additional costs applicable to your event, which may include:
- Sales tax, where applicable
- Administrative or coordination fees
- Additional staffing based on service style and guest count
- Equipment or rental requirements
- China, glassware, linens, or upgraded serviceware
- Travel or delivery fees, when applicable
- Venue-specific or logistical requirements
All staffing, equipment, rentals, and service requirements are confirmed in your individual proposal before booking.

- Self-Serve Buffet: A convenient buffet option designed for guests to serve themselves.
- Delivered & Dressed Buffet: Delivery and buffet setup with selected presentation and service equipment as outlined in your proposal.
- Staffed Buffet: Our service team manages and maintains the buffet throughout the scheduled meal service.
- Plated Dinner: An elevated dining experience with individually served courses and staffing planned according to guest count and service requirements.
- Cocktail & Small Bites: Passed, stationed, and grazing-style options ideal for cocktail hours, receptions, networking events, and social gatherings.
